Fair and Just Compensation


If you've suffered due to a construction defect or a contractor or subcontractor’s failure to perform, you are entitled to ample compensation covering:
  • Actual damages covering the present and future expenses of repairing and restoring your property, as well as any contents affected by the defect (e.g., water damage from faulty plumbing).
  • Compensation for the loss of property use and enjoyment, encompassing inconvenience, aggravation, and discomfort.
  • Reimbursement for appraisal fees, storage charges, and cleaning expenses incurred.
