Construction Litigation, Land Use, Administrative, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Contractual Disputes, General Civil Litigation Professional Experience My civil litigation practice is focused on construction litigation and construction lien law. Areas of practice also include land use, administrative law and property rights issues, as well as general contractual matters. I am a certified circuit civil mediator, and available to serve as an arbitrator. I earned my undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 1999 and my Juris Doctor from Loyola New Orleans School of Law in 2003. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Louisiana. Since 2012, I have been recognized consecutively every year as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine, a designation awarded to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers statewide.
